Thwarthog appears as a A-rank monster of the [[Beast family]] as part of the "Beast Fest", appearing alongside [[Marquis de Léon]] on his banner. Starting with Version 4.0 of the game, it can be scouted from any banner, including the Regular SP Scout. The thwarthog can participate in [[Alphyn]]'s Battle Road as a party member.
