The Leather hat has a {{Defence}} bonus of +3 and can be equipped by all characters. It is part of [[Yangus]]'s initial equipment. The hat can be purchased for 65 gold in [[Farebury]] and sold for 33 gold. [[Beetleboy]]s drop them rarely and [[Bunicorn|Bunicorns]]s, [[Dark sabrecat|Dark sabrecats]]s, and [[High roller|High rollers]] drop them commonly. The hat can be upgraded into a [[Feathered cap]] or a [[Pointy hat]] with the [[Alchemy Pot]].
