Softwort once again restores 60 HP in this game, along with curing paralysis, and is consumed upon use. It can no longer be created, but it can be purchased from nearly every [[item shop]] and roving emporium starting from [[Nautica]] in the first act onward for 95 gold each and it can be sold for 47 gold. Bundles of softwort can be found in [[Gallopolis]], [[Lonalulu]], and [[Phnom Nonh]]. It can also be dropped by [[Man o' war]]s and their vicious counterparts.

Softwort can be used in a single [[List of fun-size forge recipe book locations in Dragon Quest XI|recipe]] for the [[Fun-Size Forge]]:
