Pink Typhoon can be learned by [[Martial Artist|Martial Artists]], [[Minstrel|Minstrels]], [[Sage|Sages]], [[Luminary (vocation)|Luminaries]], [[Dancer|Dancers]], and [[Druid|Druids]] by allocating 120 points into the Fan skill. It costs 3 MP to use, has a charge time of 60 seconds, and inflicts 200% Wind damage to enemies within a radius of 8 meters around the user, having a chance to beguile them, as well. The chance to beguile is based on the user's {{Style}}, reaching to a total of 75%.
* In the {{Offline}} version of the game, it can be learned by the {{Hero 10}} as a Martial Artist, Minstrel, Dancer, or Luminary and [[Fuura]] through the ''Fans'' panel in their character builder for 14 skill points. It is a secret skill for the Hero, requiring at least four of the surrounding panels to be unlocked first. Since it is a weapon skill, it can only be used if a fan is equipped. [[Mjoll]] can learn the skill through the ''Powerful'' skill in her character builder for 14 skill points, as well. She is able to use it regardless of what weapon she has equipped. The skill costs 25 [[Tension]] to use and inflicts Wind-element damage to all enemies based on the user's {{Attack}} and has a chance to beguile them, as well. The damage can be increased further through skill up panels.
