===DQB2=== The Builder and Malroth meet Warwick shortly after arriving on Moonbrooke. After the Builder heals Anessa, he is enthusiastic about the prospect of repairing Moonbrooke castle. startAs repairs on the castle progress, murders begin occurring in the night. Warwick, and everyone else, are worried about traitors in their ranks. The Builder is encouraged to seek the Mirror of Ra and does so. The mirror reveals that two skeletons and one hargonaut were among their ranks, and they are dispatched. Warwick urges the King to remain vigilant and implies that there may still be a human spy amongst their ranks as, allegedly, there were shadows spotted of men meeting with monsters. The Builder then gives the mirror to Anessa upon her request. Later, Warwick tells the builder it is ill-advised to question the townsfolk's loyalties, stating that "If there is a spy among us, we may have no choice but to wait for them to slip up..." Despite his suggestion, Warwick is quick to propose Anessa as a suspect but tells the Builder not to say anything. As the Builder seeks out the weaknesses of the enemy monsters, Warwick occasionally helps in these endeavors. During their search for the last weakness, the monsters are in possession of the Mirror of Ra and dispel their disguises. It is unknown who gave away the mirror, but suspicion immediately falls on Anessa and Warwick uses this to his advantage. At several different points throughout the Moonbrooke storyline, after the Builder goes to sleep, the player is shown text cutscenes about someone giving details away to a monster. The spy featured is heavily implied to be Warwick, based on several personality details like their fear of death. The monster is likely his master, a wrecktor. Eventually, the suspicions of a spy cause tensions to mount in the castle. Warwick tells the Builder that His Majesty had a request for a new dungeon, and that they may soon need to use it. After the dungeon is built, he tells them that there have been "developments" in deciding the first occupant of the newly built cell, apologises, and shortly afterwards Malroth is imprisoned. He then says that it was Anessa's proposal - that she was attempting to sever relationships to leave them weak for the monsters. Warwick privately tells the Builder that they will be able to free Malroth when they have relieved tensions. While he says that he wants to tell His Majesty the truth (of how Malroth is not a danger and has no need to be imprisoned), he excuses himself by calling it pointless. He says that "Anessa is the King's most trusted adviser. There is no way he would believe me over her." In reality, it was never Anessa's idea; did not know as to why they were in the dungeon at the time and later mentions that she was curious about Malroth's imprisonment, because she had never directly asked the King to take any action. Zara expresses her confusion as well, as Anessa would surely recognise Malroth's exceptional battle prowess as indisposable. Warwick's excuse as to why he did not speak up was a cover for himself because he, in fact had suggested Malroth's imprisonment. Soon after, Atlas appears, and he leaves his army of monsters to fight the Moonbrooke Brigade. After battle, the King - having declared it was time to end the war - eventually has the Builder (accompanied by Warwick and Anessa) search for the three Orbs to power the Kazapple cannon, a weapon that will surely defeat Atlas. When it is time to search for the Orb of Heores, he has all the knights in the castle in charge of marching to Rendarak, which he describes as a place akin to Hell. Anessa voices her concern about having the castle abandoned by all its soldiers, but Warwick counters her quickly, asking sarcastically if she wanted this war to end or not. The soldiers eventually arrive at a beautiful valley, to the army's confusion. They eventually progress to the end of the valley where they find what used to be Midenhall castle and enter it. They encounter only strange illusions of people and an empty throne room. Upon entering the throne room they are ambushed by monsters. Before the fighting begins, it is evident that something is wrong with Warwick, as he does not draw his sword when the monsters appear. When the traitor is prompted by the leader of the monsters - the wrecktor - to take their place by its side, he walks over to the head of the monster group. This catches everybody off guard, and he says he has fulfilled his side of the deal while taunting the rest of the Moonbrooke Brigade. He says that his mission was "To fracture friendships, weaken the military, and ensure the construction of the Kazapple cannon—that it might eventually fall into the monsters' hands". The wrecktor is satisfied with this reveal and transforms Warwick into a silvapithecus. Warwick is then slain by the human army along with the rest of the monsters. Before he dies, Anessa runs to his side and desperately tries to talk to him. He calls the world a lie, and that everyone would die no matter who won the war. When she pursues this topic, he says that one day, he realised that the world was an illusion, and he tried to speak with the King but he refused to listen. The Wrector found him afterwards and took advantage of his fear of death, promising him eternal life in monsterhood if he could earn it, which was why he betrayed Moonbrooke in the first place. He accepted the idea of being transformed into a monster and betraying his kingdom in exchange for being allowed to live. Shortly after, Gerome thinks about the wrecktor's final words about how Moonbrooke had left the castle easy to attack and Anessa immediately tells the Builder that they should return to the castle without delay. She realises, upon return, that leaving the castle open to the monsters was a ploy from Warwick all along. end ====Abilities==== Warwick is capable of using weapons and will assist the Builder in combat. He is able to train in training rooms, equip weapons in armouries and strategize in war rooms. He will also build blueprints. startHe gains the standard abilities of a silvapithecus when he willingly becomes one, though his time as a monster is short lived as he is slain shortly afterwards. Due to his betrayal and death, he can never be added to the player's party outside of the story segments where he does so of his own volition. end
