Known as the '''greater panacea''' in this game, it will completely restore a single character's HP and cure them of the effects of poison, envenomation, paralysis, sleep, and confusion. It can be made in the [[Alchemy Pot]]. In the original Sony PlayStation 2 version, greater panacea can be sold for 880 gold each for the first five sold, 616 gold for the sixth through tenth, then dropping even further to 264 gold each from the eleventh sold onward.
* In the Nintendo 3DS version, greater panacea can be found randomly in blue treasure chests in the [[Arcadia Region]], [[Blizzard Peaks]], [[Isolated Plateau]], the [[World of Darkness]], and the [[Untrodden Groves]]. Since the Alchemy Pot works instantly, it can only be sold for 320 gold each for the first five sold, 224 gold each for the sixth through tenth, then dropping down to 96 gold each from the eleventh onward.
