Mythril ore can be purchased for 2,000 gold from the forge item shop in [[Hotto]] during the second act, the [[Sniflheim]] and [[the Snærfelt]] roving emporiums during the second and third acts, and the [[Havens Above]] during the third act. It can also be picked up from sparkly spots in the [[Viking Hideout]], [[Mount Pang Lai]], [[the Champs Sauvage]], the [[Dundrasil Region]]{{tt|*|Requires a monster that can scale walls}}, and [[the Battleground]] or dropped by [[Golem]]s, [[Slick slime]]s, [[Knight Aberrant|Knight aberrant]]s, [[Masqueraider]]s, and [[Hard-boiled eggsoskeleton]]s. Ten chunks of mythril ore are received as a reward for completing Quest #17: Worth Its Salt. It can be sold for 500 gold.
