Moostapha and his underlings have been placed in charge of the town of [[Nottagen]], which has been enveloped in darkness through the presence of the dragon [[Sulkk]] at the very top of the [[Pillar of Sulkk|tower]] nearby. The only way to enter the tower is with the Sulkk key, which Moostapha keeps with him in the mayor's house. When the party first ventures to Nottagen, they are attacked by the guards and make their way to the mayor's house to acquire the key, interrupting the monster during his precious bath time. Even after being defeated by the adventurers, Moostapha gloats that as long as Sulkk remains, the island of Nottagen will be covered in darkness.
