Major Downer extends the effects of [[Blunt]], [[Decelerate]], [[Dim]], [[Sap]], and any ability that lowers stats for an extra 5 turns. Just to really get under the enemy's skin, it also randomly applies [[Dazzle]], [[Fizzle]], [[Gobstopper]], or prevents critical hits/haywire spells for a single foe.
