===DQ4=== The Liquid metal shield has a defence bonus of +60 and casts Snub when used as a tool in battle. In the remakes of IV, it also cuts fire and ice breath damage by 40 points. In the NES version, players can obtain the shield for 50,000 coins at Endor's casino, and can only be equipped by Borya, Kiryl, Maya, and Meena. It is the most protective shield in the game, being even stronger than the Zenithian shield. However it is the most expensive shield in the game and requires many hours at the casino Poker game and it costs 200,000 coins total for 4 characters who can equip it. In the DS, Android, and iOS versions, the Liquid metal shield is no longer sold at Endor's casino, but there's only one shield in the game, and it can be only obtained from King Minikin for turning in 52 mini medals. It can now be equipped by Ragnar and Psaro.
