The [[Princess of Moonbrooke|Princess]] of [[Moonbrooke]] learns Dazzle at level 6 in all versions of {{II}} and can cast the spell for a mere 2 {{MP}}.

In the original {{NES}} version of {{II}}, Dazzle will only reduce accuracy by '''25%'''. This flaw has been remedied in all subsequent versions, being increased to 50%.

The enemies [[brainy badboon]], [[corpse corporal]], [[eyelasher]], [[goregon]], [[liquid metal slime]] and [[miasma]] can use this spell against the {{Party 2}}.
