Beyond the megabrawl, the Colosseum is important to the narrative as it is where Psaro first encounters [[Rose]]: the poor elf was being auctioned off for her tears but managed to slip away in the riot that broke out over her ruby tears shattering at the faintest touch. She was pursued by her would-be traffickers until they were killed by Psaro, and the two were inseparable hence forth.
