==Characteristics==
Picky moles are bipedal anthropomorphic [[Beast family|mole]]s with a coat of whitish grey fur and wearing a pair of dark red gloves. In their left hands, they wield a mattock, a type of hand tool similar to a pickaxe that is used for digging, prying, and chopping. They build up their [[Tension]] in battle before performing powerful striking attacks with their mattocks. According to their monster description in ''X'', the picky moles are masters of tunnel construction that have dug countless caves.
