The town is first explored in {{DQ4 Chapter 4}}, where {{Meena}} and [[Maya Mahabala]] can purchase the best equipment available on the continent to prepare for their battle with [[Balzack]] in the hidden chamber of the [[Palais de Léon]]. After their defeat at the hands of [[Marquis de Léon]], the sisters escape to the port with the Boarding pass given to them by the former king and head to [[Endor]].

Shortly after the sisters fled, [[Marquis de Léon]] forbade any ships going to and from Havre Léon.  Eventually, royal soldier [[Ragnar McRyan]] visited the prison and learned about The Marquis, prompting him to leave for the Palais. Following that, the sisters return along with the {{Party 4}} of the {{Hero 4}} and learned about the [[Magic Key]] from the former [[weapon shop]] owner, who told them to ask about it in [[Aubout du Monde]].
