They can be purchased for 6,500 gold at the Dragon Queen's [[Treasures n' Trapdoors]] track and one can be found in the [[Tower of Rubiss]]. In the mobile versions, it is the prize for turning in 55 [[mini medal]]s to the collector in [[Aliahan]] as all TnT boards were removed.

It is south of [[Alltrades Abbey (Dragon Quest VI)|Alltrades Abbey]]. Flametang boomerangs can be sold for 9,750 gold, or 10,125 gold after it has been upgraded. They have an attack bonus of +65 and a style bonus of +25 (+52 once it has been upgraded). The [[Hero (Dragon Quest VI)|Hero]], [[Amos]], [[Terry]], and all slime allies except for [[Goowain]] can equip it.
