==Characteristics==
The falcon blade is a one-handed sword with a slim blade, a blue hilt with a knuckle bow and gold pommel, and a stylized golden design of a flying bird on its crossguard which gives the sword its name. It shares characteristics with the real life European smallsword and rapiers. The design of the falcon blade has stayed the same since it was first introduced and it has appeared in every main series game since {{II}} and even in multiple spinoffs.
