It has a number of magically powered elevators, some of the only articles of high technology in the entire game.<br />

Known as the ''Pillar of Pegasus'', the tower is the final location the {{Hero 6}} needs to explore in the [[Lower World]]. The [[Celestial reins]] needed to control [[Pegasus]] are found at the top, guarded by a [[High djinks|trio]] [[Devilmoth|of]] [[Silhouette|monsters]]. Unlike the previous two games, the Hero will need to explore the castle to access the tower instead of the other way around. Once the {{Hero 6}} frees Cloudsgate Citadel from [[Dhuran]]'s control in the [[Upper World]], he can transport to a temple in the island directly below in the [[Lower World]] by looking into the well in the castle.
