The Sceptre of time is a Wand in Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age and is one of the strongest in the game.
The weapon once belonged to the legendary sage Serenica, and the use of the Fun-size Forge is required to revive the wand from the lowly state time has left it in.

The recipe book If I Could Turn Back Time contains the recipe for the Sceptre of time. It is found in a chest on the 4th floor of the Luminary's Trial in Drustan's labyrinth.
