Mercury's rapier has an Attack bonus of +65, a Style bonus of +32, and can be equipped by the Hero, Sir Mervyn, and Aishe. Like the Falcon blade, it allows the wielder to attack twice in a single turn, with each attack dealing 75% of a normal attack's damage. It can be purchased at Buccanham's Casino for 10,000 tokens and cannot be sold anywhere. The rapier only appears in the Nintendo 3DS version.

Mercury's rapier has an Attack bonus of +78, an Agility bonus of +20, and can only be equipped by Angelo. It can be purchased for 10,500 gold from Empycchu and Dark Empycchu and sold for 5,100 gold. It can also be made in the Alchemy Pot.

Mercury's rapier appeared in the 4th card pack, "Tales of Powerful Monsters" as a normal card exclusive to Priest leaders.

- In Roman mythology, Mercury is the god of boundaries, commerce, luck, and thieves. He is the messenger of the gods and is often depicted with a winged hat, a winged pair of shoes, and his staff, the caduceus. His Greek counterpart is the god Hermes.
